welcome. A little bit about me
I am always curious to explore the layers of the self, and the rich teachings and wisdom of holistic health. Through my own process of healing I bring this forward. There are many layers or shealths to our wellness goals. At first we may feel the physical impact our quality of life. However underneath this is the emotional and spiritual layer that is disrupting our vitality and keeping us “stuck”. Chinese Medicine and Yoga Therapies can address these many layers of our health holistically. Throughout our sessions I will provide a very intentional and mindful approach to your wellness goals.
I specialize in womans health, stress management, emotional health and facial rejuvenation. Life is filled with transitions and change and we will work together to find your inner compass and balance. I have a Masters in Chinese Medicine and am licensed by the Minnesota Medical Board. I have over 20 years of experience working with woman, men and adolescents through phases of life. I have studied advanced techniques in facial rejuvenation and microneedling both rooted in the science of Chinese Medicine. I am a 500 hour Yoga Teacher, Yin and Yoga Nidra quide.
Weaving these rich teachings together, our sessions will include breathwork, essential oils, cupping or guahsa, food and herbal therapy and guided meditation. Our time together is yours. Your moment to pause and take in the healing vibrations of Chinese Medicine and Yoga.
